Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be a salaried employee?

When you join Willow & Arbor, you will be an independent contractor to start. As you prove yourself to be the rockstar clinician we know you are, you may have the opportunity to be hired as a full-time W-2 employee. If that’s what you choose, of course. You will always have the option to stay in complete control and remain as a contractor if that’s what works best for you.

How will I get paid?

You will be compensated on a percentage basis for each paid session. The exact percentage varies with your experience at Willow & Arbor, but it will be market-competitive, fully transparent at all times, and paid out twice per month.

What do I need?

Top-notch clinical skills, an unencumbered state license to provide psychotherapy services in the state of Tennessee, current professional insurance, access to an internet-connected device, and a desire to treat ALL clients – and be treated yourself, of course – with the highest levels of dignity and respect.

What if I’m an early career professional and need supervision?
