How to make a referral.
Referrals from physicians, psychiatrists, school counselors, therapists, and other providers are welcome. To refer a client, call (423) 810-0961. You can leave a message with the client's name, your contact information, and a brief description of the presenting concern. We aim to return provider calls by the next business day.
Clients referred to the practice go through the same free 15-minute consultation process as any other prospective client. The consultation helps clarify fit, therapist match, and whether Willow & Arbor is an appropriate starting point. Current availability is subject to therapist openings; we will communicate this clearly if a referral cannot be accommodated promptly.
Provider follow-up is available within HIPAA limits. Where a client has provided written authorization, we're glad to confirm receipt of a referral, general treatment status, or other clinically relevant information with the referring provider.
